Short and plain: your RSVP details are used only to plan the evening.

What we collect

When you send an RSVP we receive your name, email address, party size, attendance choice and any note you add for the host. Nothing else is collected and no account is created.

How we use it

• To hold your place on the guest list and plan seating, catering and toasts.
• To contact you if the evening’s arrangements change.

We never sell your details, never share them with advertisers, and never add you to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

RSVP records are kept until the celebration and its thank-you notes are complete, then deleted.

Your rights

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your RSVP through the RSVP form and we will do so without delay.
